Nike+ SportWatch GPS

Nike+ SportWatch GPS

April 1st marked the first official day of Nike+ SportWatch GPS availability. Revealed during the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show, the new Nike+ SportWatch GPS has a tap screen and is ready to keep track of all your stats like time, distance, pace, heart rate, and calories burned. Additionally, the latest to the Nike+ lineup also tracks your run history, alerts you with run reminders in case you forget and has GPS location tracking to keep history of where you run. The Nike+ SportWatch GPS is social too, allowing you to upload your runs to Facebook and Twitter, but if you’re really badass (or just goal-oriented) you can upload and sync your data to Nikeplus, Nike’s massive online running community, where you can keep track of all your runs, get coaching, set goals and participate in challenges.

Fossil Philippe Starck - The Original Analog

Fossil and Philippe Starck (aka Philippe S+arck) have come together and designed a nice throwback for the wrist. The Fossil Original Analog has simple styling, yet enough detail to make it a nice compliment to your wrist and your award winning personality.

Three hand oversized crown, touched off with a black ion plated metal mesh band. This Philippe Starck design is a curious mixure of the past and the present. Original Analog

Watches from TOKYObay

TOKYObay Morrison

The watches over at TOKYObay are a nice break from the three, four and five figure timepieces that we usually clamor for. I like the somewhat quirky shapes and the bold use of color. Lots of funky faces and patterns set these apart from the usual fair, but they are not so unique that you have to strain to figure out the time due to an over the top artistic design. That is cool in itself because some watches get so lost in design they tend to forget that they are watches. Prices vary but nothing is over $200, so if you want, you can snap up a handful. A few models that caught my eye are the Morrison (pictured), Tram and the Barber.
