Motorola and T-Mobile Vow to Deliver Even More

One thing you have to enjoy about these events (3GSM) is the outpouring of love towards the consumer. Motorola and T-Mobile are now saying it’s their desire to bring even more value added services to mobile users around the globe.

Lovely. Most grand. Delightful. Splendid I must say.

The two companies apparently signed the new agreement while at the 3GSM World Congress. This is going to be an effective strategy in streamlining services offered by T-Mobile. Optimized handsets, better music capabilities and faster access to web based services through UMTS and HSDPA.

“We’re thrilled to be making this announcement with T-Mobile today and about the opportunities it presents for our future relationship,” said Ron Garriques, president Motorola Mobile Devices. “This is all part of our global strategy to drive even more value for our customers and deliver cooler and more compelling services and experiences for our consumers.”

Is it just me or are all companies in the industry joining together hand in hand in some fashion or another? Anyway, I’ll save that perspective for another day.
