Moto Droid ($199) specs include a 3.7-inch touchscreen, QWERTY keypad, location aware GPS, Bluetooth, streaming audio and video, 5 megapixel camera with dual LED flash, multimedia text, instant messaging, WiFi, a host of bundled apps for productivity or entertainment and just under 6.5 hours of talk time.
