Do you really think the Samsung i617 is all Samsung has in the works? Remember, Samsung wants to dominate virtually every aspect of our digital world. The Samsung i617 could be just a tease, a hold over until the BlackJack II arrives.
Still, many Samsung enthusiasts are showing slight disappointment with the Samsung i617. Most complaints revolve around considerably minor upgrades on a device that last year, really surprised market. However, that would only be if the Samsung i617 was indeed the BlackJack II.
The Samsung i617 could merely be an opportunity for Samsung to expand their reach. Tech savvy BlackJack owners will wait until the official, BlackJack II. New buyers will snap up the Samsung i617 because spec wise it fairs better than the BlackJack and it’s a “new†phone and not last years model.
Still with Samsung i617 and the Samsung i607 (the Samsung Blackjack) model numbers being so similar, one has to wonder, is Samsung doing a bit of backpedaling?
