We aren’t playing Taps for Palm just yet. The company still has enough fight in it to kick out an incremental release of the popular Treo 700, with the Palm Treo 755p. Sprint gets first dibs on the handset with color options of burgundy and blue.

Not necessarily something to brag about in comparison to some of the most recent bleeding edge handsets, but just because we don’t jump up and down about the Palm Treo 755p doesn’t mean we’re going to Ron Paul it and not let you have the opportunity to try it out for yourself. In fact we’re sure the Palm Treo 755p will be more than enough phone for most users. Priced at $279.99, this Sprint exclusive should be available sometime later this month.
