Formally announced this week, was the Motorola Q Pro. The Pro version of the Motorola Q was covered here a while back. The primary difference between this and the previous model are the enhancements made specifically for enterprise users.
Not to say that the earlier Q wouldn’t suffice for business, however, the Motorola Q Pro beefs up the software security, tacks on features of the MOTOPRO Mobility Suite (firewall and intrusion detection), and gets a boost in battery life.
The Motorola Q Pro also can view Excel, Powerpoint, PDF’s and can edit Word documents. Tech specs remain the same (aside from the ability to disable the 1.3 megapixel camera), there’s Windows Mobile 5.0, media player, miniSD card slot and Bluetooth.
