Tis the season to be jolly and what better way to get jolly than with a nice grog! Trader Vics make the batter of my favorite alternative to egg nog, Tom & Jerry. My mom used to make me warm cups of Tom & Jerry when I was a kid (non-alcoholic of course) and now that I am older I still enjoy the sweet taste.
I was having the hardest time finding it as my local grocery only seems to carry Trader Vics other popular mixture, Hot Buttered Rum, but I long for Trader Vics Tom & Jerry, especially when it gets cold. Well thank goodness, my sweet love went to BevMo.com, who just so happens to carry the batter. I have been a tad more festive ever since.
