Thanks to Catholic Mobile, wireless users in North America, Argentina and Mexico can now have faith based content delivered directly to them through text and SMS messages. Daily prayer, scripture reading, wallpapers and ringtones are currently available. No word on digital rosary. Brazil, Spain and the Down Under are expected to be have access sometime during 2007.
Subscription prices are 28 messages for $4.99. the company also offers “A La Carte” service where messages are .49 cents each. Wallpapers and ringtones are $1.99 each.
