Photos have begun to surface of a new smartphone from HTC called the “HTC Oxygen”. For smartphones it isn’t a knockout punch but it could be a killer way to introduce the devices at a lower price point. The in-development candybar is equipped with 64MB ROM and 64MB RAM. HTC is powering the thinking parts of the phone with a TI OMAP850 processor with 200MHz. W-LAN support, price and release date are still unknown.
