Part Skype, part Goolge all Microsoft. The next chapter in MSN history is happening as you read this. MSN Windows Live Messenger has been released for pulic Beta. The Beta version of Windows Live Messenger has been available but only by invite until today.
Key features include PC-to-phone calling which Microsoft has dubbed Windows Live Call another is the free video with voice feature called Video Conversation. Microsoft plans to expand the product testing areas to include Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Finland, Italy and the Netherlands within the next weeks.
Windows Live Call is currently available to Verizon subscribers for an additional fee. Sign up for Windows Live Messenger Beta here.
