It’s called T-One, but it’s not the same old T1 from yesteryear.

(Germany) T-One, is an integrated dual-mode telephony solution that combines the benefits of both fixed line and mobile communications.

Deutsche Telekom Group is piloting the awesome T-One program on the Nokia N80 and the Nokia E60. The T-One solution is further proof that we are swiftly moving away from lixed line service.

The program from the Deutsche Telekom Group will offer both a simple and convenient method of accessing needed services through their Nokia mobile phones.

Taking advantage of the WLAN enabled Nokia N80 and E60 customers will be able to use the same data and voice services no matter where they are, whether at home or abroad via T-Com HotSpot.

The Nokia E60 and the Nokia N80 are the first Nokia handsets that are able to support SIP-based Internet Calls. Both devices function on GSM, WCDMA and WLAN networks.

The Nokia N80 is the first ever mobile phone to enable a complete home media network that functions between compatible TVs, audio systems and PCs.
