It was a movie night, so I missed a few phones, but there were more releases Samsung, who thus far during Cebit has been causing more commotion than a cat in a bath tub.
We were all caught up in the massive announcements of both the Samsung SCH i310 and the Samsung SCH B600. Who wouldn’t be? Phones with 8 GB hard drives and 10 megapixel cameras are spectacles to behold.
However, Samsung did release a few other phones as well.
One of them being the Samsung SGH-400. This phone and two others announced during CeBit, remind me of the Samsung SGH-D520, which itself was recently annouunced in Barcelona during 3GSM.

The SGH-Z400 (pictured) is a Triple Band (900, 1800, 1900) Bluetooth enabled, slider handset, with a 2 megapixel camera, and a 2 inch, 262k color QVGA TFT display.
The Z400 also has a multi-format media player (MP3, AAC, AAC+, e-AAC+), with an internal memory of 30MB, expandable through Micro SD, USB connectablility, a document viewer and an XHTML browser.
The next phone. (viewed at bottom)
The Samsung SGH-Z550, although a slider reminds me of the SCH B600 in its design.
The functions and features are much in line with the Samsung Z400, but the SGH Z550 packs 138Mb of internal memory and EDGE capability.
