Sony Ericsson unveiled its’ first flip Walkman phone today, the W300. The phone is listed on Sony Ericsson’s Website as a Triple Band device. Only operating on GSM 900, 1800 and the 1900 Networks.
However, some websites are reporting it as a Quad Band because of it’s radio allowing the W300 to operate on the 850 as well. Maybe the phone will open up for the 4th channel (850) when it is officially launched, later in the year.
The W300 is an EDGE device in a clamshell style and the phone will come standard with 256MB removable Memory Stick (M2), which is expandable to 1 GB, USB cable, and a stereo headset.
